1. Australia ‘records fastest internet speed ever’. A team from Monash, Swinburne and RMIT universities logged a data speed of 44.2 terabits per second (Tbps).At that speed, users could download more than 1,000 high-definition movies in less than a second

2. Vodafone-Idea rolls out Rs 29 prepaid plan.As part of this new recharge plan Vodafone users will get talk time of Rs 20 for calling and SMS. Under this plan, users will be charged at 2.5 paisa per second for making calls. The plan also offers 100 MB of data and it comes with the validity of 14 days.
